BSG is the general contractor for Sprint's ION-related software development. Mersoft will be providing software development expertise for advanced network management systems. February 1999 USAServe, a national ISDN internet provider, and Mersoft have entered into an agreement for the resale of ISDN services. The agreement allows Mersoft to sell ISDN-based access to the internet to its existing clients. USAServe will provide operational support and billing. April 1997 Mersoft Corporation has reached a letter of understanding with Interact Inc concerning the sale and support of Global One's ppc host software. June 1996 CompuSpeak, a Kansas City based engineering firm, has awarded Mersoft Corporation a sub-contract development project. On behalf of CompuSpeak, Mersoft will be developing the next generation of Mitchell International's ImageMate product. ImageMate is a collision and repair application used by the body repair shops and the insurance industry for claims automation. March 1996 Mersoft Corporation announces the development of a Windows NT version of the Calling Card Host. This version will be targeted at low-end systems with less than 100 ports. February 1996 Mersoft Corporation installs pre-paid calling card system for Georgia Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Telecom Georgia. Telecom Georgia, a client of Global One, will use the system to allow any consumer to easily purchase a calling card and make local, long distance or international calls from any telephone. January 1996 Mersoft Corporation has negotiated the rights to Isaacs International's Calling Card Host system. The Calling Card Host is a Tandem-based calling card system that enables the establishment of pre-paid and post-paid calling services. Mersoft Corporation will continue to support current customers.
