Overland Park, KS – Sprint launched their new Direct Connect, or Push-to-Talk service, for CDMA phones.  Mersoft was involved by writing the Universal Network Address Book for the service.  Working closely with Sprint, Mersoft put together a team of telecom & software development experts to build a web-oriented system allowing for customers to place phone numbers into P2T groups (TeamDC).  This functionality helps Sprint customers to have a seamless experience between the iDEN and CDMA networks.

Overland Park, KS – Sprint announced a new loyalty program for customers today.  Sprint is rewarding its most loyal and high-value consumer customers with perks, privileges and discounts that drive higher satisfaction, through the launch of Sprint Premier.  Mersoft is pleased to be a key software partner in helping roll out this new program.  Working with Sprint’s marketing and application development groups, Mersoft was able to create a loyalty system to help Sprint retain customers.
